Shipping Information The Retro Baby is interested in providing efficient shipping options through reputable carriers. We ship your purchases within two business days of payment verification. (we will contact you if your cardholder information cannot be validated) General shipping information Shipping and handling charges within the continental U.S.
Your merchandise can be delivered using UPS Ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air or Next Day. Standard shipping utilizes UPS Ground service. Rates for UPS Ground service can range from $6.95 to $8.95, depending on your location and package weight.
UPS Ground service can take up to eight (8) business days for delivery. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please list a physical address when ordering.Orders of $75.00 or more are eligible for FREE UPS Ground shipping. All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Florida. The Retro Baby utilizes USPS and UPS services for shipping your purchases. Packages leave our warehouse five (5) days a week, excluding weekends and holidays. International shipments The Retro Baby ships globally utilizing Global Express and Global Priority. International shipments leave our warehouse every other weekday. Packages are insured up to a maximum of $100.00. Global Express offers the additional benefits of tracking capability and insurance. Global Priority does not include these additional services. The recipient of the international package is responsible for customs duties or other costs related to your package. ACCURACY OF ADDRESS INFORMATION: It is very important that you double check the address information you provide us when ordering. Returns, because of incomplete or inaccurate addresses, incur a charge from our shipping service providers. We have to pass that charge on to you if you provided us with an incomplete or inaccurate address. Please verify the accuracy and completeness of your address information prior to submitting an order. |
