International packages are shipped by USPS Global Express and USPS Global Priority. All Global Express packages are insured up to a max of $100 and do come with full door - door tracking features. Global Priority does not come with tracking nor insurance. We are not responsible for lost Global Priority shipments.

Certain Countries require the recipient to pay a customs / duties fee this is out of our control and not our responsibility.

If packages are refused you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and your original shipping will not be refunded.
